"Come close and come near. Do not be at a distance. I am waiting. I am always waiting, and I will always wait for you to join Me – to join me in the Fullness, in the Purna Consciousness, in the Mystery and Mystic of Life."
~  Sri Svami Purna Ji Maharaj
Events

The voyage of discovery and connection is facilitated through participation in Events in California. Full and New Moon Celebrations, Retreats, Satsangs, Kirtan and Festivals following the Lunar Calendar offer the opportunity for concentrated immersion in the Divine Energy of the Sanctuary. These gatherings are powerful catalysts for growth, facilitating greater dedication to one’s spiritual exploration and empowerment in a loving, supportive, healing, and uplifting environment.

Please see below for more information.  If you would like to learn about upcoming activities related to the Sanctuary for Peace, please email us at contact@sanctuaryforpeace.com with your details.

Full and Dark Moon Celebrations and Various Puja
Picture
Moon celebrations include walking meditation, uplifting music, time for deep contemplation, mantra and pranayama, and guided exercises for renewal and regeneration in the silence and healing energy of nature.

Dark Moon or Amavasya represents the arising out of darkness and going into the Light.  When the moon is Full, Purnima, it radiates the light and fullness of the outer sun, reminding us we are Full, we are Whole.

As Sri Svamiji has said, “Sometimes when the moon is shining so full – Full Moon Time – you can see everything. The light is so clear, that soothing light, that protection you feel, the energy beaming into you, energizing the Divine Lila, like when Krishna had the Divine Lila on the Full Moon… That is true meditation and the full focus on the Divine Highest Being.”

If you would like to participate, please make a donation using the button below.  Then email contact@sanctuaryforpeace.org to receive logistical details.
