This inspiring children's initiative supports the humanitarian endeavors of Sanctuary for Peace. The response of the child to rhymes has continued and persisted through the generations and through the ages. Gender Leadership and the Law - Women in Law International

For many years Sanctuary for Peace has been supportive of the dissemination of the value of gender leadership in the law. Having regard to the perennial wisdom, the wonderful positive female qualities can be nurtured to enable more balanced leadership in this unsettled world in which major crises are evident in health, education, the environment and the climate and where more proactive risk management strategies are key. Emotional intelligence is vital in contrast to more traditional male forms of authority. Give a Child a Future

Thousands of female construction workers are compelled each day to take their children to work in unsanitary and often dangerous conditions. There the children are left to their own devices, left to the mercy of what each day may bring. There is no shelter or supervision, little food and unclean water and usually no schooling. That is where Sanctuary for Peace and its partners decided to step in by providing funds for food, clean water and sanitary conditions, offering education as the need and potential of each child dictates.
